Forms Not Updating
If you've made changes to a field on an existing Marketo form but didn’t see the updates reflected after approving the form and landing pages, you’re not alone. This is a known issue, and unfortunately, Marketo’s current solution is more of a workaround.
Solution
To ensure your form updates display correctly, follow these steps:
- Go into your form settings in Marketo.
- Delete the field you updated.
- Re-add the field to the form.
- Approve the form and landing pages again.
This workaround should ensure the updated field values and visibility rules display correctly.
Common Issues
This problem often arises when using a form with a Select field, visibility rules, or predefined values. If you attempt to update these values directly, they may not appear on the live landing page. Deleting and re-adding the field generally resolves this issue.
