Integrating Facebook and LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
Integrating Marketo with Facebook and LinkedIn lead generation forms is straightforward. Once your forms are built on these platforms, just follow a few steps in Marketo to connect them.
Creating a Lead Gen Form on Facebook
- Create an ad using lead generation as the objective.
- Define audience, placement, budget, and creative, then scroll to the Lead Form section.
- Click the New Form button, name your form, and add copy and images.
- Choose standard fields from Facebook or create custom questions to map later.
- Click Confirm to finish.
Setting Up Facebook Lead Gen Forms in Marketo
- Go to Admin in Marketo and select LaunchPoint.
- Click 'New Service' under the New dropdown.
- Set 'Display Name' as 'Facebook Lead Gen Forms' or similar.
- Select 'Facebook Lead Ads' in the Service dropdown and click Next.
- Authorize your Facebook account (your account must have access to the page to be integrated).
- Select your advertising account if you have multiple.
- Verify field mappings or add mappings for any custom questions created in Facebook.
- Click Create to finalize setup.
Creating a Lead Gen Form on LinkedIn
- Create an ad for Sponsored Content in LinkedIn Ads.
- Select 'Collect leads using LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms'.
- Create a new form template with a form name, offer headline, and copy.
- Choose up to 7 fields to collect data from.
- Complete the thank-you message and return to lead form selection.
- Select your call to action, audience, and budget to finalize the ad setup.

Setting Up LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms in Marketo
- In Marketo Admin, go to LaunchPoint and select 'New Service' from the New dropdown.
- Enter 'LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms' as the Display Name.
- Select 'LinkedIn Lead Gen' in the Service dropdown and click Next.
- Authorize your LinkedIn account (it must be connected to the ad account you want to use).
- Verify or update field mappings as needed.
- Click Create to complete the integration.
