SAP C4C Integration
If you’re using Marketo with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), you’re not alone. This guide covers updates on native integration, partner solutions, and workflows to streamline integration with C4C.
Native Integration
There are plans for a native integration connector for SAP and Marketo. While Marketo’s CEO hinted at an integration by the end of 2018, the release timeline remains uncertain. Marketo Support is gathering interest from customers, and we hope this becomes available soon.

Working with C4C
If you’re syncing data between Marketo and C4C, these workflows may help automate and manage the integration.
Updating Lead and Account Owners
Segmenting Marketo leads based on their account or lead owner in C4C can be useful for personalized emails and reporting. Here’s an example workflow to automate this.
Assign Account Owners
- Create a boolean field in Marketo called “Update Account Owner.”
- Create a program named “Lead Assignments” and a folder called “Set Account Owners.”
- Set up a smart campaign named “account owner – update” with a trigger for Data Value Changes on the Account Owner Full Name attribute.
- In the flow, configure steps to toggle “Update Account Owner” to False, wait one second, then set it to True. This triggers following campaigns.
- Create individual smart campaigns for each rep, using Account Owner Name as a filter and updating custom fields in Marketo for the rep’s name, email, phone, and title.
Assign Lead Owners
Follow a similar workflow to assign lead owners, adjusting for the appropriate C4C fields and rep details.
