Matthew Berry on Putting in Work

This is brilliant! Matthew Berry is the main Fantasy Football analyst at ESPN. Child’s play, right? So Brandon Augustine went to Twitter to let Berry know that he could do his job. Berry’s response was on point.

Yes, anybody can do anything and Augustine *could* do what Berry is doing, but he didn’t. This is covered perfectly by Seth Godin in The Dip. Every ambitious goal has a dip that is intended to weed out people that aren’t going to be the best in the world.

I think the problem with success in general is people see the result but not the work.
